• 1 cup rolled oats
  • 2-3 cups oatmeal
  • 1 cup nuts and seeds (take what you have for example, flaxseed, almonds, pumpkin seeds, sesame seeds without shells)
  • 3 cups organic rice milk
  • 3 cups organic soy milk
  • Alternatively: 4 cups organic soy milk and 2 cups coconut milk
  • 4 eggs
  • A little himl. salt
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 2 tsp cardamom
  • 2 tablespoons melted butter

Mash all ingredients in a food processor or blender. These waffles are suitable for large and small and can be made a bit random. Use what you have;)

Grease the iron when you fry, preferably with coconut oil.

  • 2 cup sunflower seeds
  • 2 cup flaxseed
  • 2 cups hemp seeds in shell
  • 2 cup chia seeds
  • 10 ml water
  • 1.5 ml hampmel
  • 1 lemon
  • 4 tablespoons olive / hemp oil x-virgin
  • 1 bunch parsley
  • A little pink Himalayan salt

Place all the seeds in 10 ml of water overnight. Let the water soak into. Add the hemp flour. Stir and add a lemon juice + oil. Chop the parsley and have it in. Will spread beyond a paraflexx back surface of the dehydrator. Add to fresh parsley. Ruth up with a pizza roller knife. Dried for 15 hours at 41 degrees Celsius. (or you can use oven with higher temp.)

  • 2 ,5 tablespoons raw chocolate powder
  • 2,5 tablespoons coconut oil
  • 2 tablespoons agavenektar

This is mixed together and can eat whenever you want and easy to enjoy..

It is so easy to make!

  • 2 1/2 dl sammalt hvete
  • 2 dl siktet spelt
  • 2 ss hampprotein pulver
  • 1/2 dl kokosmel
  • 1 dl havregryn
  • 2 ts bakepulver
  • 1/2 ts kvernet himl. salt
  • 5 ss ekstra virgin kokosolje
  • 3 bananer
  • 2 store revne gulrøtetr
  • 1  1/2 dl rismelk
  • 1 dl eplejuice

Blan alt det tørre godt. Tilsette kokosolje, bananer og gulrøtter. Rør godt og hell over væsken. Deigen skal være klebrig men håndterbar. Juster medvæske ellersiktet spelt for riktig konsitens.

Del deigen i 2 boller og legg på et bakepapir. Klapp dem flate. Skjær dem i 4 delerog prikk med en gaffel.

Stek sconesene i 25 min ved 180-200 grader på nedrerste rille, til de er gylne.

Denne oppskriften lager jeg hele tiden fordi den er enkel og rå god.

Ps Kokosoljen kan du varme litt før du bruker den.
