• 1 cucumber

  • 1 avocado (small cubes)

  • 1 tomato small cubes)

  • Squeeze of lime

  • salt & (cayenne)pepper

  1. Peel the cucumber (optional)
  2. Cut cucumber lengthwise and horizontally. You now have 4 long “boats”.
  3. With a spoon, scoop out the inner (soft) part of the cucumber.
  4. Put all other ingredients in a bowl. Mix gently.
  5. Fill the inner part of the cucumber with the avocado mixture.
  6. Eat as “boats” or put the other (empty) half of the cucumber on top of the filled one. (You have now a “whole” cucumber. Wrap with plastic wrap. Perfect for when on the go.

Tip

  1. Try this recipe with tapenade, pesto, nut pate, nut cheese, mellon or other filling!
  2. Great in your lunch box or on the go.

This recepie I got from the best of raw food. Eay to make and easy to eat! Enjoy!

Just add together and put some olive oil on :)

  • 200 g flax
  • 50 g sesame seeds
  • 40 g sunflower seeds
  • 50 g walnuts
  • 50 g almonds
  • 50 g Spelt flaour
  • 50 g butter
  • 2 -3 eggs
  • 1 tbs chia
  • A bit himl. salt

Put the flex and chia in water before you use in the crackers, minimum 30 min before use.  Chop up nuts in very small pices, and add it all together. Spred  mixture on a baking tray and use a pizza cutter to make pieces as you want before you put in the oven.

I really think this is the best cracker I have made!

180 celsius in oven, in 55 minutes (it depends on your oven )

  • 3 cups almonds
  • 2 part sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds uskallede (or bald hemp seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (or bald hemp seeds)
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 20 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons fenikkelfrø
  • 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt4 tbsp hemp oil x-virgin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Procedure:
Add water nuts and seeds, and oatmeal in minimum 3 hours before starting to cook.
Rinse the nuts and seeds are good. Crush nuts and seeds together with sundried tomatoes, pink salt, spices and oils.
If you are using hemp seeds, they will not soak. If it becomes hard to mash the ingredients, then add some water.

Spread the mixture on crackers Paraflexx back surface of 1-2 fold in the dehydrator. Ruth the loaves with a pizza roller knife before drying them.
Dry the bread in the 42 degrees in the dehydrator for 12-15 hours, possibly more if it is dry. Turn the loaves once during the drying process, when the break the bread is dry on top. If you use oven you use higher temp and less time.

  • 4 cups cold water
  • 2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 1 banana
  • 4 tbsp Udo’s choice
  • 4 tablespoons extra virgin Cocosa (coconut oil)
  • 10 to 15 almonds peeled

Mix together in a blender ;)
