• Breakfast: Super Food-smoothie with berries, nuts, algae + various other ingredients for today’s needs.
• Lunch: Large colorful salad with guacamole and “living crackers” use what you like or follow the recipes from the side.
• Dinner: Raw pizza base is made of vegetables, herbs, nuts, seeds and oil, and dried in a dehydrator. The cheese is made from nuts. Served with tomatoes, olives and ruccola salad.
• Between Meals: Green smoothie with, for example, spinach, lettuce, pear, lemon and apple. Vegetables such as carrots, turnips, avocado or a handful of nuts.
