180 celsius in oven, in 55 minutes (it depends on your oven )

  • 3 cups almonds
  • 2 part sunflower seeds
  • 2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 cup walnuts
  • 6 tablespoons flaxseed
  • 3 tablespoons white sesame seeds uskallede (or bald hemp seeds)
  • 1 tablespoon black sesame seeds (or bald hemp seeds)
  • 3 cups rolled oats
  • 20 sun-dried tomatoes
  • 2 teaspoons fenikkelfrø
  • 2 tsp pink Himalayan salt4 tbsp hemp oil x-virgin
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil

Add water nuts and seeds, and oatmeal in minimum 3 hours before starting to cook.
Rinse the nuts and seeds are good. Crush nuts and seeds together with sundried tomatoes, pink salt, spices and oils.
If you are using hemp seeds, they will not soak. If it becomes hard to mash the ingredients, then add some water.

Spread the mixture on crackers Paraflexx back surface of 1-2 fold in the dehydrator. Ruth the loaves with a pizza roller knife before drying them.
Dry the bread in the 42 degrees in the dehydrator for 12-15 hours, possibly more if it is dry. Turn the loaves once during the drying process, when the break the bread is dry on top. If you use oven you use higher temp and less time.
