  • 1.5 tbsp cocoa

This is mixed in the blender, you can add some liquid eg water. So you have a wonderful chocolate mousse for 2! Completely free of sugar, and can be eaten any time of day.

  • 1, 5 tablespoons raw cocoa
  • 2-3 cups rice milk / Soyamilk with vanilla

The milk is heated in a pan and stir in cocoa just before boil. Cocoa time!

  • 1 part blueberry
  • 1 part raspberry
  • 4-5 cups vanilla sojamilk
  • 1-2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Udo’s choice

Blend all in blender and add more liquid if necessary. This is perfect for breakfast, before dinner or supper for all ages!

  • 250-300 grams of dark chocolate    (preferably raw cocoa)
  • 1-2 cup walnuts
  • 100 grams of coconut oil

Can add other flavors such as chili, orange,  cashewnuts, raisins etc..

The chocolate melted in hot water or low heat while you chop up the nuts. Coconut oil adds you with pre-melted chocolate until it is all liquid. Mix in nuts and pour everything into a low form. Put in refrigerator or freezer until it hardens and cutting fit pieces with a pizza cutter. Yum!!

    • 3 cup flaxseed (Must be soaked 2-4 IMER)
    • 0.5 ml sunflower kernels
    • 0.5 ml sesame
    • Chiafrø desired
    • A pinch himl.salt
    • 1 cup water

      Mix everything together in a bowl and spread over a greased baking tray. You can choose the texture, is it tough, you can supplement with more water. These can be heated in a dehydrator or in sovenen until they are crispy. To be placed in tight box with the lid slightly ajar. Yum!
