- 1 -2 cups sifted spelled
- 1 cup whole-spelled
- 2 tablespoons coconutflour
- 1 tbsp hemp protein powder
- 2 heaped tablespoons organic oatmeal
- 4 cups organic low-fat milk
- 2dl rice milk with vanilla
- 3 organic eggs
- 2ss extra virgin coconut oil
- some himalaya salt can be added and a little saffron, cinnamon or cardamom
For serving: Berries, Agavenectar, maple syrup, yaconsirup or manukahonney

Mix the dry goods and a little more than half of the liquid to a thick smooth batter. Then add the remaining batter. Add the eggs and mix well. Melt the coconut oil and pour in the batter, add the saffron, cinnamon or cardamom
Fry the pancakes in coconut oil.
