• 4 dates
  • 1/2 banana
  • 2 tbs with mixed berries
  • 1 dl soy milk with vanila
  • 3dl orange juice (without sugar)

Mix it all together in your blender, and enjoy a lovely smoothie!

  • 1 part blueberry
  • 1 part raspberry
  • 4-5 cups vanilla sojamilk
  • 1-2 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 tbsp Udo’s choice

Blend all in blender and add more liquid if necessary. This is perfect for breakfast, before dinner or supper for all ages!

  • 1 pineapple slice
  • 1 pear
  • 4 cups apple juice
  • 1 teaspoon of spirulina
  • 1 teaspoon purly greens
  • cucumber (optional)

This takes one day for cleansing of the body. I do this every Monday on an empty stomach!

Simple and good smoothie, mix quickly and drink before work.

  • 3 cups frozen strawberries
  • 2 bananas
  • 2.4 cups coconut water
  • 1 / 2 cup coconut meat
  • 1ts Rose hip powder
  • ice cubes

Mix all in blender and add more juice or water if necessary. This recipe is slightly larger than the others may well be shared;) Remember juice without sugar.
